The main Chateau compromises 3 floors. With a large Kitchen, Dining room and fully stocked Wine Cellar on the ground floor. The First floor has the beautiful, dual aspect formal Salon, the TV Salon (100" 4K TV and 5.1 Surround sound), as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely quiet study connected to one of the Master Bedrooms, the Terrace on this floor has a comfy seating area for your morning coffees or evening Aperitifs The top floor has another large Salon with TV, Puzzles and books, and another 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely hidden reading nook for one of the other Master Bedrooms. The separate Pool house, comprises yet another large bedroom, bathroom and open plan living/kitchen space, ideal for making your poolside cocktails and snacks. The exterior of the property is set over 5.5 completely private hectares, starting with a nice long drive up to the front of the house, with ample parking. The beautiful lawn area at the back of the house, overlooks the River and fields across the valley, and incorporates the BBQ and outdoor dining space. The walled garden area hosts our brand new 12x6m pool, with beach area and programmable lighting. The new terrace area includes a variety of beds and seating and Parasols to keep you cool... Lastly, there is a large meadow area, perfect for the little ones to play sports, try the various fruits and nuts, or to explore the woodland area... The nearest houses are barely visible through the trees, and add to the feeling of privacy and seclusion. All 5.5 hectares of Chateau and land are yours to explore and enjoy. We offer a full concierge service, and are only a call away should you need any help. We can help with any local reservations, whether it's vineyard tours and tastings, restuarant bookings, or museum, shopping or gallery suggestions. Babysitting, waiter service or taxi rides can also be arranged in advance. Generally, we try to keep any visits to the Chateau to a limit to ensure you have complete privacy. We can arrange any maintenence or Pool Cleaning for when the property is empty, but also we can be at the property within 30 minutes on request, or in case of emergencies. Situated in a remote corner of the Gers countryside, but also a short distance from some beautiful local towns and villages with bars, shops and some lovely local restaurants. 4 Vineyards within a 20 minute drive all offer tours and tastings, and plenty of the local farms offer fresh produce, meat, and of course the local speciality Foie Gras. The county town of Auch is only 20 minutes away, with a variety of amenities, a stunning gothic cathedral, racetrack and countless great food options.
